Emotional Freedom Technique by Saffron de Menezes

27/8/2017

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is a gentle, non invasive method combining meridian energy therapy with talk therapy. This powerful combination has been successfully applied to various challenges, big and small.

Those experiencing pain often find relief with EFT. Those suffering with anxiety or phobias begin to find their stress lifting and their freedom gradually returning. Those battling addictions such as nicotine or unhealthy food find their cravings alleviated.

We can also bring EFT to issues that seem unrelated to health, issues like finances. Although it may not seem like it, our financial challenges often stem from limiting beliefs that we picked up in our childhood and reinforced throughout life. EFT can help us find and clear limiting beliefs around finances as well as beliefs we’ve formed in other areas of life, like relationships, family, and more.

We can even use EFT to work on healing past lives. Using the same methods that we use to work on childhood issues, we can go back further and explore our distant past, uncovering much deeper origins to the patterns we see unfolding in our lives now and finding resolution.

Because any problem we can experience has a corresponding blockage in the meridian system, EFT can be effective on everything, as EFT founder Gary Craig says ‘try it on everything!’

Breathe 2025 by Kyla Honing

25/7/2017

Breathe 2025 is a York campaign to inspire a smoke-free generation.

Support a new campaign to inspire children to grow up smoke free and protected from ill health caused by tobacco. It helps to realise that our actions as adults make a difference and an understanding that if a young person does not start smoking by age 26, they almost certainly never will.

207,000 children in the UK start smoking each year and with the results from a 50 year study showing that half to two thirds of all lifelong cigarette smokers will be eventually killed by their habit there is a high cost to personal health. It is estimated that a person smoking 20 cigarettes per day will spend on average £3000 per year, and York the City of York Council has estimated that smoking costs society approx £50.1 m annually.

The Breathe 2025 campaign is looking for pledges from people , either individuals or organisations, who can help to inspire a smoke free generation.

What will you pledge? My pledge is to offer reduced cost hypnotherapy to a number of people, who have children living at home, and want to genuinely stop for the benefit of themselves and their children.

Contact Kyla if you are one of those people.  07468 077555

Everyone is talking about it….
Are you a fan?

We are – for the following reasons:It is easy on your digestive system and does not produce an insulin spike.

You can add it to coffee and tea, take a spoonful for a quick energy boost, take it alongside your vitamins to help the absorption.

You can use it inside and out: it is good for your skin, hair, teeth – yes – try Oil Pulling every day and see how clean you teeth will feel and how much healthier you will feel, as it cleans up the bacteria lurking in the little pockets around the teeth. Just put a spoonful in your mouth first thing in the morning, rinse it around for about 10 minutes, then spit out (important to spit it out as it will have all that bacteria in it…), brush your teeth well and then have breakfast. Also important for teeth health is to avoid brushing for at least half an hour after eating, and brush last thing at night before sleeping.

We have more information on Coconut Oil from Doctor Mercola, click here to download. We also have coconut oil for sale in the Clinic shop, and also via our Wikaniko website: www.thehealingclinic.wikaniko.com
Try it – you may like it!
