Osteopathy is a rationale science, philosophy and art of medicine. Practiced ‘classically’ it is a gentle, rhythmical manipulative therapy, aimed at re-educating the bodies tissues to function correctly.
Osteopathy works towards the cause of the symptoms rather than treating the uncomfortable symptoms alone, it can bring long lasting relief to many ailments.
Gentle movements balance incorrect tension in the body, making the body able to support itself correctly and move freely.
This in turn alleviates persistent aches and pains and allows the internal organs to also function more effectively.
