Sarah began her training in complementary therapies in 2000, and continues to update her skills on a regular basis. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher, holds ITEC diplomas in Reflexology (with Distinction) and Indian Head Massage (with credit) and has also trained in CranioSacral Techniques with the Upledger Institute, including CranioSacral for Paediatrics. This range of therapies allows her to offer treatments for pure relaxation, maintenance and rebalancing and for helping with both chronic and acute conditions.
CranioSacral therapy was developed by Osteopath and Surgeon Dr John Upledger. It is a light touch therapy which facilitates the bodies own self-healing ability allowing small pressure to bring about big change. It is particularly useful for babies and children with colic, feeding and behavioral problems and for adults with headaches, back pain and other chronic aches and pains.
Reflexology is a relaxing foot massage that rebalances the body and encourages self- healing. It is particularly useful for those with IBS, hormonal imbalances and chronic conditions. Indian Head Massage is a treat for the senses, a deeply relaxing upper back, neck and scalp massage.
