Sarah Hill
Shiatsu Practitioner
My background is in Fine Art, working in sculpture and later in experimental film. For a while I transferred these artistic skills to the world of forensics where I photographed scenes, used brushes to find fingerprints, and applied casting techniques to footwear marks.
I missed the meditative and contemplative practice of art, and in my spare time trained in Reiki. Interested in body and energy work I then went on to study Shiatsu for three years with The London College of Shiatsu, under Nik Kyriacou and Veronica Howard. I graduated in October 2011and I am a graduate member of The Shiatsu Society (UK).
Being a very much hands-on person, I've transferred my sensitivity to materials to the sensitivity of touch. As a Shiatsu practitioner I aim to treat the whole person, giving quiet undivided attention and compassionate support to create a space where you can reconnect with a state of balance and well-being.
