At The Healing Clinic, we believe it is very important that we support the practitioners who work with us, and also in the wider therapeutic community. So we offer regular mentoring and supervision. There is a group of acupuncturists who meet every three months, with June Tranmer and another group of mixed therapists that meets also every three months, with June Tranmer and Lesley Eastman. These are still open to new members until the beginning of 2009 and then we will start new groups if there is a demand.
The Clinic practitioners can have individual sessions free three times a year with either June Tranmer or Donald Purves. Outside of those free slots, each hour-long session costs £35.
The groups cost £35 per person
Mentoring/Supervision is a time to consider the needs of the practitioner. It offers a facilitating environment in which the practitioner reconnects with excitement; develops communication skills; forms networks of support; enhances confidence and self-esteem; and increases the effectiveness of their practice. And most of all, it is about what you want it to be….
