Christine is an integrative counsellor, hypnotherapist and psychotherapy practitioner, member of the General Hypnotherapy Register. She trained at the Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies in London. Her background before that was working for charities as a business analyst and project manager, and she has an MA in writing musicals.
Hypnotherapy can be used to help people break habits. It addresses many conditions, particularly those made worse by stress such as panic attacks and phobias. If you have problems with eating, a lack of confidence, sleeping or coping with pain you may benefit from hypnotherapy.
It can be integrated with other counselling techniques such as CBT and transactional analysis - sessions are customized to each person’s needs.
In your first session we’ll discuss the history of the problem, the changes you want to make and how hypnotherapy can help you. You can ask any questions you have about hypnotherapy. We then agree a programme tailored to your individual requirements and preferences.
During your hypnotherapy session you will always be in control, and can come out of hypnosis any time you choose.
